I’m going to get a Wacom Intuos4 tablet soon ^^ Hopefully my game graphics will look better now. Anyways, Rocket Rush is on hold until the tablet comes, because I want all the graphics to be the same style. So if you have any suggestions, tell them to me before the tablet comes. ^^

Here’s a little timelapse of me coding for 45mins ^^
Hey everyone, I got some work in on Rocket Rush, 45min to be precise. Here’s a little breakdown of what I spent my time coding.
24Min – Drew the cat graphic, and added the ability to drag it around
39Min – Drew and added in rails
45Min – Added cat animation
And that’s the breakdown of my time coding ^^ By the way, the times listed are running totals, so it didn’t take me 45mins to do the cat animation, haha. I recorded myself making this part, and I’ll upload a timelapse later on.
Yeah, I said I would use just one graphic for all the rockets, but I changed my mind. Here are the (hopefully) final versions of the rockets. Enjoy! ^^
I drew and scanned a drawing of my cat, here’s what it looks like. Also, this will be the style of the graphics in my Rocket Rush game. ^^
I’ve decided that I’m just going to use one graphic for the rocket. I’ll have different colors for different types, so homing will be red, straight will be orange, and laser will be green. I just need to finalize the design of the rocket turrets, then I can start making the final graphics and drawing. Once again, I’ll be making a timelapse of everything I do for Rocket Rush, and try to upload it at the end of each day. ^^
